ICSE means Indian Certificate of Secondary Education is an examination conducted by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination.It is a private and non governmental board of education for grade 10 in India.They do not have pass/fail tag for exams but they have periodical evaluation of the students to see the understanding level in order to proceed further with the curiculum.
